What is the material of your products?
We make packaging bags from PP Non-woven, PP Woven, and RPET fabric material.

Do you provide samples?
Yes, certainly. We are willing to send clients available samples that we have produced previously for free so that you can understand our product quality.

OEM service/ customized logo is available?
Yes. You will provide us with your artworks in an original logo document, mostly in AI, then we will show a design draft to you for confirmation and have your logo printed on the bags exactly like what you expect.

What information should I tell you if you want to get a precise quotation?
Material, bag size, bag thickness, order quantity, color, printing, special including details, etc.

What is the production procedure?

After clients confirm a contract and make the deposit, we will make pre-production for clients to check and confirm. Before that, if there is any printing, we will send the artwork draft for clients to confirm and go to make the cylinders. Then, we will process the mass production under the approved product quality. We also take pictures of goods, packaging, and loading and send them to you. Also, after the production is finished and before the goods are loaded on containers, clients can visit or ask a third party to make the inspection.

How can you guarantee the quality?
We always make pre-production samples for clients to check and confirm before mass production, and always final inspection before shipment.

What is the lead time of repeat orders?

The production lead time of repeat orders is the same as the first order, except for the pre-production sample making and confirming time that we can save time in the repeat orders.

Also, for most repeat orders, you will not have to pay cylinder fees again because each cylinder can be reused for over 2 million pieces.
